Age Requirements

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a family-oriented vacation destination. For a proper family vacation atmosphere, guests must be at least 23 years of age, or accompanied by parents. This is a Resort rule and there are no exceptions.

Bed Sizes

Our condominium has one queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. In addition, there is one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo will sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably.

Cancellation Policy

In the event it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, refund of your advance deposit will be made, less a $25 processing fee, provided notice is received at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of your arrival date, the deposit can be refunded only if the unit is re-rented.

Check-In/Check-out

You will check in and check out with Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals Inc., our rental agents. They are located on site and will be there for all of your needs during your stay. Check in time is 4:00 PM. Check out time is 11:00 AM. You can also arrive during off-hours. If you arrive after the Rental office closes, your key may be picked up at the main Security gate, located at the Resort entrance, which is staffed 24 hours per day.

Cleaning Costs

Departure cleaning is required between stays. Although most condominiums charge extra for this service, the price of this service is included in our rates.

Deposits

A deposit is required in order to secure a reservation. Deposits are $200 per week or 1/2 of total rental, whichever is less. Deposits are due to our rental agents, Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals Inc., within 10 days of a reservation request.

Internet Service

High Speed Wireless Internet is available at no additional cost. You will need to bring your own computer that has a wireless network capability to take advantage of this free service

Furnishings

Our condominium is professionally decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. It is equipped with central air and heat, Cable TV Service, 3-TVs (master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room), VCR, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, microwave, toaster, blender, range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, disposal, and coffee maker. We also provide a full array of coordinated kitchen utensils, dining ware, and cookware.

Linens

A linen package consisting of sheets and pillow cases for each bed, bath towels, and wash cloths is supplied. Although most condominiums charge extra for this service, the price of this service is included in our rates. Pillows and blankets are also kept in ample supply.

Minimum Stays

The normal minimum stay period is 3 days except for the following:

Summer: 7 nights (May through August)
Easter: 7 nights (week before and week after)

Occupancy Limits

Our condo sports the largest floor plan of all of the 2 bedroom condos at the Myrtle Beach Resort. It will sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Due to weight limits of our sleeper sofa mechanism, we cannot accommodate parties of 6 adults

Due to South Carolina Fire Code, we cannot accommodate parties greater than this number. For larger parties, we can arrange for an additional unit close to ours if you reserve early.

Pet Policy

The Resort does not permit pets of any type beyond the security gate. There are kennels available in Myrtle Beach should you wish to bring your pet.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the condominium. You are free to smoke on the balcony if you like.

Telephone Service

Our condo has its own separate phone number. Local calls are unlimited and free of charge. Long distance calls must be made collect or with a telephone credit card.

Winter Rentals

Our condominium is available for long term Winter rentals from October through March. For a fraction of what you would pay for an apartment, the rental rates includes all utilities: water, basic cable TV, local telephone service, and monthly electricity service up to $75. Although linens are not included, they may be rented for a modest fee. Due to the extremely low rates, the renter must pay for departure cleaning services and are expected to supply a refundable security deposit upon check-in. E-mail us if you are interested.
